Anti-Inflammatory + Anti-Aging Turmeric Latte

Ingredients:
- 2 cups oat milk (or any nut milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon collagen powder (my favourite right now: Better Than Botox )
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- your choice of sweetener (maple syrup, lakanto, raw honey)
Instructions:
Warm the milk on the stove. Once it is hot, add the milk and all the other ingredients to a blender. Blend until it's frothy. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and enjoy!
