Refreshing Spearmint Summer Drink

This drink is perfect to make in the summer when it's super hot + humid. It is so refreshing and light, it's sure to quench your thirst!


You don't have to worry about summer sugary drinks because this one is made with monk fruit so no artificial sugars! The spearmint tea is proven to help balance testosterone levels in the body which is great for women with PCOS. The added Apothekary collagen also helps with immune support, skin health, and is anti-inflammatory.


This drink will sure keep your hormones balanced and your skin glowing!



Ingredients:

- 1 pouch spearmint tea

- 1 teaspoon Lakanto sweetener

- lemon + lime slices

- 1/2 cup carbonated natural mineral water



Instructions:

  1. Add the spearmint tea to a mug and fill it half way with boiling water.

  2. Add in the collagen + sweetener and mix.

  3. While waiting for the tea to cool down a bit, cut up a slice of lemon and lime. And get a new glass and fill it up with ice.

  4. Add the tea, lemon + lime slices, and carbonated water to your glass.

  5. Enjoy!
