The BEST Chicken Chapli Kebabs

Ingredients:

- 1 lbs ground chicken

- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste

- 1 tablespoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon crushed red chilli peppers

- 1 tablespoon coriander powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 4 cloves of garlic minced

- 2-3 green chilli peppers chopped

- 1 onion chopped


Instructions:


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until it is all combined.

  2. Shape the kebabs: form the chicken mixture into 3-inch wide patties (should make around 6-10 kabobs)

  3. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. When hot, add 1/2 tablespoon of oil, then the kebabs. Make sure to not over crowd the pan, you can do as many batches as you need (you may need to add some more oil to the pan after a few batches so the kebabs do not stick). Cook the kebabs 3 mins per side or until fully cooked through.

  4. Remove from pan and enjoy!
