Twix Inspired Chia Pudding

This Twix inspired chia seed pudding is so delicious and sweet. My fiance is a huge lover of twix so I wanted to create a healthier version. This has no refined sugar and no dairy. Perfect time for a healthy halloween treat for yourself + your family (if you want to share ;))

Chia seeds are one of the most powerful superfoods out there. One serving of chia seeds contains more calcium than milk, more antioxidants than blueberries and three times more iron than spinach. It also has a great source of protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids which all are essential components for a quicker metabolism.
